Fail to clear the cache in Laravel

Sometimes, you run the artisan command php artisan cache:clear and get this error message in the terminal. It causes you are missing a folder name data in storage\framework\cache. Create it and the error will be go away.

Laravel Testing API Token Unauthenticated
